Pain Threshold

How much pain can u take???
i hit my head once, it was so bad that it bleed... and 7 stitches was needed to stop the bleeding... but i didnt cry....
but there was this story that my mom told me... it was about my childhood... she would hide my toy and tell me that it went away... then i'll cry, but when she brings it back in front of me, i would stop... she told me this when i was already in college... or at least during that time i was listening to her... and i realize than missing someone is more painful than being hit in the head... adrenaline can stop the pain i felt when i cut my head, but it cant stop my heart from aching if i miss or lose someone... then i drew up a stupid conclusion...

emotional pain is harder to handle than physical pain... coz emotions are handle by the heart... and pain is controlled by our brain...
so if we attached are emotions to our brain, then it can handle the pain we feel if our heart breaks... but this means we have to use our head to fall in love... and have anyone tried this? well if u did, leave a comment, and tell how it went...

this isn't biology or neurologist... just simple logic... :)

two movies that i watch during the weekend...

they both made me cry at one point of the movie...

first movie was about a father and his son... about 2nd chances...
"Frequency"

second movie was about love, finding the perfect girl... still about 2nd chances...
"Down To You"

i'm a sucker for movies... i love watching them... i dont have a specific genre that i prefer... i watch in movie houses at least once a month...

back to the two movies...

there is this quote on the 1st movie that i like...
"i'm still here, little chief"
this is the line the father keep telling his son... that he'll never leave him...
and to those who know me, what i went through, u'll understand why i'll cry on this movie...

the 2nd movie was kind of a romantic comedy...
it was wonderful... they were meant to be together... they broke up but in the end they were still together...
a conversation between the two..

Post college years - glass half empty or half full? Half Empty I'd have to say half empty too!! Greatest accomplishment since leaving college? Making friends with a spider Vices? i was reading my blogs in friendster and emails from my ex... i realize something... some emails are gone... and some of my blogs are gone... i don't know how it happened...

are they gone...
did i deleted them unconsciously...
did i imagined them there...

i don't know... i love her... i remember that much... i asked her to be with me forever... i remember that as well... but i'm not sure about the emails and blogs anymore...

but anyway... i checked on them... to forget... including the 3120 text i got from her saved in my phone...

three years... that long... maybe i should delete them all as well...
